Refund policy

At Kick Throw Run, we want your family to love your bag. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

 

Returns: You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items should be returned in resellable condition — gently used and complete, including the bag, gear, and all 15 activity cards. We understand kids will open and try it; we simply ask that nothing is damaged or missing.

 

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns.

 

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email when it's processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no return needed in most cases.

 

How to start a return: To begin a return, reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and a brief note, and we'll send return instructions.

 

Exchanges: The fastest way to exchange is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.
